1. What are the dimensions of the Regular and the Jumbo Lighted stadiums?
The Regular size stadiums are approximately 9”w x 4”h x 1.125”d. The Jumbo Lighted size stadiums are approximately 19”w x 12”h x 2”d.
2. What type of lights do the Jumbo stadiums contain?
Each contains 12 LED lights that, when plugged into a power source, burn for one million hours, use little electricity, and emit no noticeable heat.
3. How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive email notification when your order ships with tracking information, if applicable, so that you can follow its progress. Overnight shipment is also available.
4. How far away must I be to see the 3-D effect?
Three or four feet. The farther away the more distinct the effect.
5. Will you make my favorite stadium?
We are always introducing new stadiums to our collection—usually eight to ten a year— so please check back frequently to see what’s been added. We also do custom stadiums for special requirements. Please call to discuss pricing.
6. My stadium arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please call us, toll free on 1-877-852-1385. We will replace it for you.
7. Can you include a note with a gift that you are shipping directly to the recipient?
Yes, we can include a short note. There is a place in the order form where you can write the note.
8. Which methods of payment do you accept?
We take Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards. In addition, we will accept personal checks (we hold order shipment until the check clears) and money orders.
9. Can you ship to a post office box?
No, sorry. We only ship within the continental United States to street addresses, complete with street number, city, and ZIP code.
